Responsibilities
- Manage and secure facility operations during weekend shifts to ensure compliance with federal safety standards.
- Process incoming federal documentation and data entry with 100% accuracy and strict adherence to regulations.
- Conduct regular security sweeps, access control verifications, and log entry/exit data.
- Assist federal officers and visitors with administrative duties, including answering phones and routing inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of federal workspaces and shared areas.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for federal supervisors.
- Respond to emergency protocols and assist in coordinating support during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) as required by federal operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex federal regulations and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management systems.
