Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics and administrative operations for federal clients with precision and speed.
- Maintain strict adherence to government security protocols, compliance standards, and classified information handling procedures.
- Process sensitive data entry and records management with 100% accuracy and complete confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all deliverables and report findings to supervisors immediately.
- Support weekend shift operations to ensure 24/7 mission readiness and continuous service delivery.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report technical issues to the facilities team.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required for this role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience: Previous experience in federal, military, or government contracting environments is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts as scheduled.
