Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefits applications and federal documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate inter-agency communications for weekend emergency cases
- Maintain secure federal databases following HIPAA and VA protocols
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for weekend submissions
- Support veterans with inquiries regarding federal benefits during weekend hours
- Prepare weekly compliance reports for federal oversight
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for federal employment
- 3+ years administrative experience with federal agencies
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBA, VBMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
- Exceptional written communication for federal correspondence
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday) 6AM-2PM
