Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Execute daily operational workflows specifically designed for the weekend shift to ensure uninterrupted federal service delivery.
- Data Integrity: Accurately process, verify, and maintain sensitive federal records and documentation according to strict compliance protocols.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Compliance Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and agency guidelines at all times.
- Equipment Management: Monitor and maintain office equipment and software systems to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role within a government or corporate environment.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry with high accuracy.
