Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and claims with precision and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Manage electronic health records and secure document systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Adhere to federal regulations and privacy protocols (HIPAA, VA guidelines)
- Conduct data entry and quality assurance checks
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic records systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Valid state driver's license (for facility transport duties)
- Pass federal background investigation and drug screening
- Preferred: Veterans preference or federal government experience
