Responsibilities
- Execute federal compliance protocols and documentation procedures
- Provide weekend support for veteran benefit processing systems
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security clearance standards
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for weekend submissions
- Participate in emergency response training drills
- Generate weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Minimum 2 years federal/government experience
- Proficiency in VA benefits systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BS in Public Administration or related field preferred
- Pass rigorous background investigation
