Responsibilities
- Manage and process pension fund transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate weekend data backups and system maintenance for federal databases
- Respond to urgent pension inquiries from federal retirees and beneficiaries
- Generate weekly compliance reports for the Office of Personnel Management
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on retirement policy implementations
- Conduct weekend audits to ensure regulatory adherence
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in pension administration or federal finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and federal database systems
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, CPA) preferred
