Responsibilities
- Execute weekend security protocols and emergency response procedures at federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts during weekend shifts
- Conduct regular patrols and access control enforcement during off-peak hours
- Coordinate with federal agencies for weekend-specific operations and intelligence sharing
- Document security incidents and prepare weekend shift reports for leadership review
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and DHS protocols
- Train weekend staff on emergency procedures and security best practices
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years experience in security operations or federal service
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM or similar weekend schedule)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in security monitoring systems and incident reporting software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of federal regulations (FEMA, DHS, SFMO) preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification required
