Responsibilities
- Analyze federal budget allocations and fiscal policy impacts
- Develop financial models for agency program evaluations
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for congressional briefings
- Collaborate with OMB on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Monitor compliance with federal accounting standards (FASAB)
- Lead cross-functional financial improvement projects
- Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- Minimum 3 years federal financial management experience
- Expertise in federal budget processes and regulations
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Strong quantitative analysis and report writing skills
- Familiarity with GAAP and FASAB standards
