Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registration, title transfers, and driver's license applications with precision
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate transaction records using our state-of-the-art DMV software system
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while meeting service metrics
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve customer experience
- Stay updated on California DMV policy changes through continuous training
- Support community outreach initiatives at local events and partner locations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary DMV software
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 8 AM - 5 PM (Mon-Fri)
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy (10,000+ keystrokes/hr)
- Spanish bilingual certification highly desirable
- Ability to pass DOJ background check and fingerprinting
