Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and state ID applications with precision
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Utilize specialized software to verify customer information and process transactions
- Handle sensitive documents and personal data with strict confidentiality protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding testing schedules, appointments, and eligibility criteria
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily transaction reports

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry (60+ WPM typing)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document processing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during flexible shifts
