Responsibilities
- Efficiently process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and state ID applications
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Maintain secure digital records using our state-of-the-art DMV software system
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Conduct thorough document verification to ensure compliance with state regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computer systems and data entry (60+ WPM)
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma DMV procedures or willingness to obtain certification
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex regulations simply
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
