Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Document data processes and maintain metadata dictionaries
- Present findings to senior leadership and government partners
- Automate reporting workflows using Python or R
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data analysis and reporting
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of federal data compliance standards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
