Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, equipment, and landscaping
- Lead recreational activities, sports leagues, and community events
- Ensure visitor safety through proactive monitoring and first aid support
- Assist with event setup, registration, and participant coordination

- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors and stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in customer service, event coordination, or outdoor recreation preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions
