Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title applications, and license renewals with precision
- Provide clear guidance on DMV procedures, documentation requirements, and fee structures
- Maintain accurate customer records using our proprietary DMConnect software system
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding driving tests, insurance requirements, and traffic citations
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and reduce processing times
- Uphold strict compliance with Texas Department of Motor Vehicles regulations
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed transactions before submission
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in government or regulated environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong knowledge of Texas DMV procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex policies clearly
