Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making for veteran programs
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for real-time reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership review
- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives and technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience, preferably in federal/government sector
