Responsibilities
- Manage Public Records: Accurately process and maintain sensitive government documents and data in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Constituent Services: Serve as the primary point of contact for citizens, answering inquiries and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor operations to ensure all agency procedures adhere to local, state, and federal laws.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports on departmental performance and budget usage for executive leadership review.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in administrative workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications: Any relevant state certifications for government employees are preferred.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or government operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and government-specific database management systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
