Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, equipment, and landscapes
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community recreation programs and events
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Engage with visitors, providing information and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on park improvement projects
- Document activities, maintenance logs, and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in recreation preferred
- 1+ years in park maintenance, event coordination, or related field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
