Responsibilities
- Maintain park facilities, playgrounds, and sports fields using provided equipment
- Operate machinery including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Set up/take down event equipment for community gatherings
- Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with seasonal park beautification projects
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Follow safety protocols for all equipment usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to operate outdoor machinery (training provided)
- Strong physical stamina for outdoor work
- Basic maintenance knowledge preferred
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible weekends/holidays
- Clean background check required
