Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation neural network architectures capable of processing quantum data streams.
- Lead the R&D strategy for integrating Generative AI with classical computing systems.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge devices and large-scale cloud deployments.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into market-ready products.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI implementations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong aptitude for learning emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or leading innovative technical projects.
- Strong understanding of system design patterns and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
