- Partner with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
- Strong data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies preferred
