Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for competitive advantage
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical implementation of disruptive technologies
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Drive R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and labs
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation portfolios
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
