Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications for climate resilience
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for AI governance and autonomous system integration
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and international policy boards
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy at Fortune 100 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Systems Thinking
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight software (e.g., Foresight Pro, Trendalyzer)
