Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive '2026 Vision' strategy that aligns operational goals with long-term organizational objectives.
- Technology Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging workplace technologies (AI, VR/AR, collaborative tools) and define their implementation pathways.
- Policy Development: Design forward-thinking remote, hybrid, and on-site work policies that balance flexibility with productivity.
- Change Management: Lead internal change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new workflows and cultural shifts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate strategic initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global trends in labor markets, talent acquisition, and workplace demographics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in organizational strategy, HR operations, or business transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term strategic visions and successfully executing them.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HR tech stacks, SaaS platforms, and emerging digital workplace tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
