Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
- Experience with ethical AI development and bias mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
