Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026 product launches, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and XR integration
- Architect scalable infrastructure supporting terabyte-scale data processing and real-time analytics
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including generative AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with product teams to align technical roadmaps with market trends and user needs
- Mentor senior engineers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and investors securing strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/XR)
- Proven track record of shipping complex systems serving 1M+ users
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps
- Strong background in predictive modeling and neural network optimization
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Published research or patents in quantum computing or generative AI
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Certifications in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit) or cloud architecture required
