Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex visions to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
