Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to translate future visions into scalable product roadmaps
- Author whitepapers on long-term societal impacts of automation and sustainable transitions
- Design cross-industry frameworks for ethical AI deployment and circular economy integration
- Represent company at global futurism forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business plans
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ societal or business trends
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Strong network with academic futurists and policy think tanks
- Advanced data literacy for predictive modeling of long-term market shifts
