- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish KPIs to track strategic alignment and innovation velocity
- Drive cross-functional workshops with engineering, marketing, and sustainability teams
- Monitor emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEPLE analysis, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or MBA with specialization
- Proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools (Tableau, Python)
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or sustainability domains
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
