Responsibilities

- Develop scenario models for market disruption and regulatory shifts through 2030
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Establish KPI frameworks for future-readiness across all business units
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Economics, or Technology preferred
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals
- Experience building innovation frameworks for multi-year roadmaps
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight publications
