Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for emerging technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state business models
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for potential market disruptions through 2026
- Partner with R&D to identify and prioritize breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global policy shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
