Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for core enterprise systems, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design scalable, resilient systems architecture that anticipates the demands of the 2026 digital landscape.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Spearhead the migration to next-gen cloud environments and microservices architectures.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing concepts, Edge Computing) and provide strategic recommendations for integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, security, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think long-term and design systems that scale effectively.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern programming languages.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance.
