Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, resilient systems for 2026-era workloads (quantum-ready, AI-native infrastructure)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technology integrations (blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year industry evolution trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies
- Design security frameworks for next-generation cyber-physical systems
- Present architecture blueprints to executive stakeholders and C-suite leadership
- Mentor junior architects in future-proof design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML deployment, IoT ecosystems, AR/VR integration, or bioinformatics
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP architecture plus one emerging tech certification (e.g., IBM Quantum)
- Published research or patents in future-forward technology domains
- Experience leading architecture for global-scale systems (>1M concurrent users)
- Mastery of scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong communication skills translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
