Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof architectural frameworks for AI and Quantum systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Identify emerging trends in technology and integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Optimize system performance for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of working with Neural Networks, Machine Learning models, or Quantum algorithms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
