In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and market-ready solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype cutting-edge systems, ensuring our platforms remain resilient and ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on emerging technologies, identifying trends that will define the technological landscape by 2026.
- Prototype Solutions: Design and build high-fidelity prototypes for next-generation software and hardware ecosystems.
- Strategic Planning: Develop architectural roadmaps that align with long-term business goals and future market demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex concepts into scalable products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitive technologies to ensure Nexus Dynamics maintains a first-mover advantage.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, R&D, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two of the following: AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, or Advanced IoT.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Agility: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid prototyping and iteration.
