Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and articulate a long-term technical vision for 2026, aligning R&D initiatives with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Biotech) to determine viability for enterprise deployment.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectural frameworks that support high-growth product demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead technical workshops with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specs.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal innovation labs focused on solving complex problems with novel technological approaches.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic technical role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging tech trends (e.g., AI Agents, Quantum Readiness).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
