Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of large-scale AI infrastructure, focusing on LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration.
- Model Optimization: Implement performance optimizations to reduce latency and increase throughput for inference workloads.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new architectures and methodologies to integrate into our core product stack.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring reproducibility and automated deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, etc.).
- Cloud Skills: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure (Kubernetes, SageMaker, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
