Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, high-performance AI and Quantum computing architectures aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the R&D of emerging technologies, including generative AI and neuromorphic computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical roadmaps and deliverables for the future.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of disparate systems into a unified, intelligent ecosystem.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-tech solutions adhere to the highest standards of data security and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with quantum simulation tools is a plus.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems in unstructured environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
