Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic R&D: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation technologies, ensuring Horizon 2026 remains 5-10 years ahead of market trends.
- Architect Future Systems: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectural frameworks for complex software systems, integrating AI-driven automation and quantum-ready protocols.
- Define Tech Roadmaps: Create long-term technology strategies and roadmaps, aligning technical innovation with business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Pilot Programs: Oversee the deployment of pilot programs for experimental technologies, ensuring rapid iteration and feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or R&D capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, Microservices, and modern programming languages (Rust, Go, Python).
- Futurism: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing).
