Responsibilities
- Design and prototype 2026-ready tech ecosystems integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused product roadmaps with 18-month horizons
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration protocols
- Present futuristic visions to investors and enterprise clients through immersive demos
- Partner with academic institutions to incubate breakthrough technologies
- Drive innovation sprints using speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biocompatible tech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of shipping products with 7-figure+ impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic projects deployed at scale
- Certification in Speculative Design or Futures Thinking methodologies
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech innovation
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
