Responsibilities

- Lead High-Impact Innovation Projects: Oversee the end-to-end development of pilot programs that test future-proof technologies in live environments.
- Strategic Tech Partnerships: Establish relationships with key vendors, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and provide actionable insights to the executive board regarding competitive advantages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering to translate futuristic concepts into scalable product features.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, architecture, or strategy roles, with at least 3 years in a futurism or R&D capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of current AI paradigms (LLMs, Transformers) and a keen interest in 2026-era tech stacks (WebGPU, Edge Computing, Blockchain 3.0).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, actionable business strategies.
