Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Architect Advanced Systems: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures that leverage cutting-edge AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, Neural Interfaces) to identify viable integration opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable development strategies.
- Vendor and Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and select third-party technologies and cloud providers that align with our future-proofing goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies ahead of the curve.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to lead diverse, high-performing engineering teams through periods of rapid change and technical complexity.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
