Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Landscapes: Design scalable, robust neural architectures for next-gen Generative AI and predictive modeling systems.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the research and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve optimization problems currently deemed impossible.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate abstract future trends into concrete technical roadmaps for product development teams.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering or ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Emerging Tech Knowledge: Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
