Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic vision.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems integrating cutting-edge AI and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical future tech and practical, deployable software solutions.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and futurists to prototype next-gen applications.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic data) and evaluate their viability for product integration.
- Establish best practices for security and interoperability in decentralized future networks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale enterprise systems under tight deadlines.
