Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop go-to-market strategies for future-focused products and services
- Manage cross-functional R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external tech scouting
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Strong network with global tech innovators and investors
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
