Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and investment priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global tech summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
