Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)

- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through agile implementation frameworks
- Ensure all innovations align with ESG principles and global sustainability standards

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in future tech forecasting methodologies
- Certified in AI ethics frameworks and sustainable tech integration
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
