Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and climate tech
- Lead pilot programs for next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Develop ethical guidelines for autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in rapid prototyping methodologies
- Present strategic innovations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting 2026+ implementation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in future tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial viability
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor and quantum hardware ecosystems
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D grants or venture funding
