What you'll accomplish: Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge prototypes, drive strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, and present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders. You'll have access to our state-of-the-art R&D lab and $50M annual innovation budget.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused tech roadmaps spanning AI ethics, AR/VR convergence, and sustainable computing
- Lead moonshot projects with dedicated R&D teams (5-8 engineers/researchers)
- Forge strategic alliances with quantum computing and neuromorphic hardware providers
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Academy program
- Represent company at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/AR products to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethical frameworks and governance
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation funding/grants
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Validated ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
