- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects to validate new technologies and determine feasibility for production environments.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design resilient, distributed systems capable of handling the exponential growth of data and user demand anticipated in 2026.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role.

- Futuristic Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, Web3, or next-gen computing paradigms.

- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
